  Proactive Maintenance Program

In any business these days, technology has become a necessary piece of the puzzle to keep up and, hopefully, stay one step ahead of the competition. Unfortunately, that technology we all rely so heavily upon requires maintenance to remain healthy. Just like your car, without regular oil changes and tune-ups, a malfunction of some sort is inevitable. As we all know – when something fails it can be a very stressful and trying time for your business, not to mention – expensive. With our Proactive Maintenance Programs we’re taking a forward stance towards technology in an attempt to alleviate as much of that stress and unexpected expense as possible.

After many years in the technology consulting business, we have realized that the “Break-Fix” support model causes far too much stress on your end as well as ours. With the proactive program we will review the health of your servers and other equipment on a regular schedule. This way we can recognize potential issues before they become “problems” and significantly minimize the risk of downtime. Obviously, we can’t prevent all equipment failures. But at least with this program we can do our best to reduce the amount of nuisance problems that often plague company infrastructures.

Upon agreement, we will schedule an audit your existing systems, address any issues, and create a network diagram to make troubleshooting more timely in the future. After the initial audit, we will review the health of your systems monthly and send you a report identifying the good, the bad, and the ugly. During our monthly review we will make any minor adjustments required to help alleviate any potential problems. Should any recognized issues require additional attention, we will alert you of the situation and schedule the work to make sure your systems stay up and running so your business can continue functioning as it should.
